It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Pittman (Deer Lake, Newfoundland), who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rendell and Vera; and her sister Leona. She is survived by: her daughter Lorrie; her son-in-law Melvin; her grandchildren, Stephen (Susanna) and Alyssa; and her brothers, Rex (Marg), Bernard (Elaine), Ernest (Bev) and Glenn (Marina). She is also survived by nieces, nephews family and friends.
Due to the current covid-19 restrictions there will be a private viewing for family and close friends at Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel on Thursday January 7th 2021 from the hours of 12-1 pm. also where the funeral service will take place at 2pm with Rev. Terry Rose officiating.
