We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2025, at the age of 87, Angus Robert Janes of Deer Lake, Newfoundland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Angus Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Parsons Funeral Home & Chapel (63 Main St N, Deer Lake, NL A8A1X1). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Pentecostal Church (45 Bennett Ave, Deer Lake, NL A8A1J2).
Donations in Angus's memory may be given to the Canadian Cancer Society or MS Canada.
