He is survived by: his parents, Calvin Payne and Gladys Payne; his sisters, Emily, Susan, Margaret and Nancy; his sons, Joseph (Holly), Craig and Roger (Shawna); and his grandchildren, Maxwell, Landon, McMcana and Ben.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a private family service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Saturday, July 25th., 2020 at 2pm. with Rev. Green officiating.
