Kevin Joseph Power Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kevin Joseph Power of Cupids, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 29, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Power and Isabel Power; and his brothers-in-law, Dominic McDonald and Edward Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie (Werner Antweiler); his grandsons, Jakob and Simon; his stepchildren, Jennifer DiCresce (Hoss Gifford) and Jess Turner (Terry Lorentz); his stepgrandchildren, Lochlain, Conall and Maeve; his siblings, Jerome Power (Margaret), Cecilia McDonald and Deborah Allen; his nieces and nephews, Donny, Amy, Terry, Blair, Dale, Danielle, Patrick and Paula; and his significant other Rosemary Bellew.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Broughton's Funeral Home (17 Station Rd, Brigus, NL A0A 1K0). A prayer was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Patrick's Church (85 Station Rd, Brigus, NL A0A1K0).
