She was predeceased by: her son Terry Moulton; her parents, Alfred Strowbridge and Evelyn Strowbridge; her parents-in-law, Rex and Cluda Moulton; her siblings, Georgina French and Reginal Strowbridge; and her brothers-in-law, Esrom Keeping and Jim Moulton.
She is survived by: her husband Rex Moulton Jr.; her son Derrick Moulton; her siblings, Joan Keeping of Garnish, Bertha Power (John) of Frenchman's Cove, Vera Strowbridge of Harriston, ON, Hayward Strowbridge (Becky) of Pelee Island, ON and Alfred Strowbridge of Garnish; her siblings-in-law, Effie Strowbridge of Clarke's Head, Clarence French of Harriston, ON and Lewis Moulton (Rose) of Halifax, NS; and her niece Elaine Nolan.
In Velma's memory, donations may be made to the family to distribute to charities in honor of Velma.
