She was predeceased by: her husband Leslie; her parents, Thomas Sloan and Ellen Sloan; her daughter Elizabeth Isaacs Banfield; her son-in-law William Banfield; and her siblings, Thomas, Robert Sloan, Madge, Lillian, Betty and Annie.

She is survived by: her son Terence (Nancy); and her close friends, Gladys Bonnell, Ann Pynn and Maureen Cull.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary's memory, may be made to the Lord's Cove Cemetery Fund.
