She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Walsh and Gertrude Walsh (Ferrie); her brothers, Peter Walsh (Elizabeth), Frank Walsh and Basil Walsh (Carolyn); her children, Marcheta Holden (David) and John Chafe (Juliet); her brother-in-law John Chafe (Lou); her mother-in-law Margaret Chafe; and her nephew Adam Slaney.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Chafe; her grandchildren, Rebecca "Becky" Holden (Lester), Alyssa Chafe and Derick (Sara); her great grandchildren, Isaac and Madison; and her siblings, Judy Pike (Clayton), Kevin (Barry) and Patrick Walsh (Pats). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
