She was predeceased by: her son Cody; her parents, Inez George and Norman George; her sisters, Myrtle Beaver and Daisy George; and her mother-in-law Elsie Wiscombe.
She is survived by: her husband Larry; her son Tyler Wiscombe; her siblings, Judy Strong (Ronald), Margaret Wood, Arthur George (Christine), Roy George (Hazel), Winston George (Brenda), Randy George (Christine) and Scott George (Kerri); and her father-in-law Frank Wiscombe.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Peninsula Funeral Home (4 Markland Rd, Creston, NL A0E1K0). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salvation Army Faith & Hope Corps. The inurnment was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Burin Heritage Cemetery.
