She is survived by: her husband Frank; her children, Beverley Anstey (Terry), Wayne (Joanne), Creston South, Larry (Kathy) and Shawn (Cavell); her grandchildren, Michael Anstey (Chantille), Chantel Wiscombe, Chad Anstey, Jarod Wiscombe, Caitlyn Wiscombe, Emma Jane Wiscombe, Tyler Wiscombe and Casey Wiscombe; her great grandchildren, Reagan and Brody; and her close friends, Mondella Hooper and Margaret Hillier.
Donations in Elsie's memory may be made to the Shriner's Association.
