He is survived by: his wife Audrey "Bess" Payne; his children, Edgar (Liane), Angela (Brian) and Alex (Annette); his siblings, Melvin (Shirley), Una (Robert), Ira (Maxine), Bernard (Yvonne), Verna (Arthur), Wanda (Ivan), Vida (Larry) and Randy (Connie); and his sisters-in-law, Dallas, Thelma and Tania. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren; 7 Great-grandchildren.
