It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roland William Wells of Coxs Cove, Newfoundland, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie; his parents, Frederick Wells and Georgina Wells; and his sisters, Nina Baldwin (Jim) and Hazel Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda McLean (Wayne) and Billy Wells (Ruth); his precious, Jacqueline Wells and Norma Park (Jamie); his grandchildren, Julie MacDonald (Chuck), Robbie Grimes and Michael Park; his great grandchild Scarlett MacDonald; and his nephew Horace Baldwin (Trudy). He is also survived by his many, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one's choice.
