He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Judy Payne, Luke and Doris Cox; his aunts, Trudy Cox and Marilyn Cox; and his grandparents, Noble and Virginia Wells.
He is survived by: his parents, Ramona Payne and Lewis Payne; his sister Carrie Payne; his cousin Brooklyn; and his girlfriend Makayla Kelly.
