He is survived by: his wife Velma; his children, David Hewlin, Stephen Hewlin (Roxanne) and Jennifer Hewlin; his grandsons, Joshua Hewlin and Will Hewlin; his siblings, Edith Guinchard (Arnold), Ira Hewlin, Peter Hewlin (Rona), Marilyn Brown (Rod), Diane Payne (Rufus), Jane Payne (Mike), Florence Newman, Stephen Hewlin, Hiriam Hewlin and John Hewlin; and his nieces, Patricia Guinchard and Marilyn-Ann Newman. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews other extended family.
