She was predeceased by: her daughter Baby Bourne; her parents, Jacob Parsons and Daisy Parsons; her siblings, Ruby, Mabel, William and Georgina; and her parents-in-law, Nathan and Eleanor Bourne.
She is survived by: her husband Lindburg Bourne; her daughter Sherry Lynn (Craig); her stepson Keith (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Kaylee, Karissa, Milo and Brett; her siblings, Myrtle and Rank (Pauline); and her siblings-in-law, Elsie, Mary, Norma (Brian), Yvonne (Brian) and Melvin (Patsy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Country Haven Funeral Home (167 Country Rd, Corner Brook, NL A2H4M5).
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Yvonne's memory to a charity of one's choice.
