He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Thomas Gill and Emeline Russell; and his siblings, Ed and Marie Jones (Gill). He is survived by: his wife Madonna; his children, Christopher (Katherine) and Amanda (John); his grandchildren, Madison and Arianna; and his siblings, Phyllis, Linda and Steve. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Winston's memory to the Salvation Army Temple, O'Connell Drive.
