He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Foote and Margaret Foote; and his brothers, Roland (Marion), Alfred (Linda), Nelson (Loretta) and Freeman (Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Gladys; his children, Gloria (Henry), Wilson Jr., Lindsay (Bridget), Barry (Dayna), Cindy (Clarence), Bev (Mark) and James; and his siblings, Ivan (Elaine) and Ada (Floyd Porter). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. David's Anglican Church, or the H.V Seniors Club in Pasadena.
