He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Andrews and Margarite Andrews; and his parents-in-law, Adelaide and Arch Scott. He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Sherry Bhutia (Pema) and Jennifer (Scott Mercer); his grandsons, Luke and Andrew; his brother Doug; his aunt Ruth Klevorick; his cousin Gerlad Elliot (Irene Grandy); his friend Jim Fost (Jen); his niece Lori Wellman; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Rowe (Austin), Tilly Young (Gill) and Bill Scott (Florence). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request; A memorial donation may be made in Bill's memory, to Western Long Term, Palliative Care Unit.
