He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah and Taya; his parents, Laverne Hynes and Willis Hynes; his sister Connie (Melv); his niece Ocean; his nephew Melvin Jr.; his sister Monique; his aunts and uncles, Wayne (Audrey), Marina (Kirb), Dulcie, John (Joyce), Iona, Ray (Irene), Doreen (Henry), Ikeys, Kelv, Juanita, Amy (Lew), Marilyn (Edward) and Joseph (Eliza); and his friend Vernon.
