She was predeceased by: her husband John Hickey (Captain Jack); her grandchildren, Mary and Dwayne; her parents, Veronica McCarthy and John McCarthy; her siblings, Michael, Frank, Nick, Benny, Robert, Tony, Elizabeth Tucker, Katie Deluney and Eileen McCarthy; her son-in-law Julian Jarvis; her parents-in-law, James and Mary Ann Hickey; and her siblings-in-law, Annie, Jenny, Gertrude, Jessie, Monica, Mildred, Rose, Myra, Sylvia, Edward Tucker, Cecil Deluney, George, Nath, Leo, Martin Hickey and Ross Companion.
She is survived by: her children, Jack (Carol Ann), Dan (Barb), Lorraine White (Mike) and Sheila Jarvis (Julian); her grandchildren, Brad (Alice), Jeffrey, Beverley (Robert), Melissa (Glen), Chrissie (Larry), Stephen (Jaclyn), Ashley (Felix) and Kimberley (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Jeremy, Travis, Brady, Noah, Alexis, Madison, Carter, Logan, Lennox, Nora, Tenley and Mitchell; her great great grandchild Leland; and her siblings-in-law, Jim, Mary and Dorothy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
In compliance with Covid-19 regulations, masks are mandatory at the visitations and funeral service.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish.
