He is survived by: his children, Kim, Dede (Greg) and Todd (Lavina); his grandchildren, Leah (Chris), Shilo (Matt), Tessa, Liam (Maddy) and Amber (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Greyson and Lennox; and his sister-in-law Jeannie Durfy (Don). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
No flowers by request. Any donations in Tom's honour can be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital, which always held a special place in his heart.
