She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parsons and Lillian Parsons; and her siblings, Olive, Gertie, Mona, Shirley, Catherine, Neta and Sam.

She is survived by: her husband Alexander Norman; her children, Derek Norman, Raymond Norman (Lorie), Marilyn Ruth (Paul) and Denise Blackwood (Calvin); her grandchildren, David of Collette, D. J., Stephen, Nicole, Tanya, Mandy, Samantha and Tyler; and her siblings, Verna Gillam, Gloria Blanchard, Norm Parsons and Cordell Parsons. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other4 relatives and friends.
