He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dalley and Drucella Dalley; and his siblings, Shirley Whyatt, Mac Dalley and Edward Dalley.
He is survived by: his children, Paul (Jane) and Lisa Penney (Sean); his grandchildren, Daniel and Brittany (Matt); his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Isabelle; his wife Melvina; his son Terry Dalley; and his siblings, Dorm Dalley, Terry Dalley, Rayfield Dalley, John Dalley, Stan Dalley, Judy McFaul, Phyllis Morgan and Leila Anstey. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Fillatre's Funeral Home, St Marks Avenue, Corner Brook, on Wednesday, October 20 from 2-4 and 7-9 p. m. Covid-19 Government Regulations will be followed, face masks and social distancing required.
