He was predeceased by: his parents, Sandy Ryan and Lucy Ryan; his parents-in-law, Stanley and Flora Bennett; his siblings, Walter Ryan (Gwen), Gordon Ryan, Billy Ryan, John Ryan, Genevieve Ryan, Adaline Ringler (Leonard) and Leona Doyle (Raymond); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Ryan.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ryan; his grandchildren, Brian Ryan (Susanne) of Corner Brook, NL, Keith Ryan (Sylinda) of O'Reagan's, NL and Derell Ryan (Michelle) of O'Regan's, NL; his siblings, Alex Ryan of Marmora, ON and Jenny Mercer of Cobble Hill, BC; and his sisters-in-law, Bernice Marks of Upper Ferry and Mary Ryan of O'Reagan's. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
