Pius White Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pius White in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on April 13, 2021. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pius White to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Genevieve; his children, Iona, Wayne (Jack), Leonard, Kenneth and Darren; his grandchildren, Darren Woods and Glenda LeRoy; his great great grandchild Carter; his parents, Jack and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Maggie, Joe, Angus and Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Beatrice Woods, Pius, Maude Woods (Don), Brian (Dianne), Cora Young (Dominic), Audrey LeRoy (Hilroy), Bonnie Gallant (Ernie), Gary (Angie), Sharon White, Carl (Laurie), Cory, Corina and Shawn White Parsons; his sister Mary Janes; his sister-in-law Theresa White; and his niece Melinda White. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren, 9 great-great grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19 Government restrictions, a private Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, April 17th, 2021 from Our Lady Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Benoits Cove with Father Jim Robertson officiating.
