It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Gear of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on December 20, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chesley Bishop and Margaret Bishop; her siblings, Harry Bishop and Louise Kean; and her brother-in-law Tom Thompson.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Gear; her children, Darryl (Kate), Glenn (Brad), Rhonda and Nathaniel; her sister Allie Thompson; her siblings-in-law, Linda Bishop and Gerry Kean; and her close friend Pearl Thomas.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations can be made in memory of Phyllis to Canadian Diabetes Assoc. or to a charity of one's choice.
