He is survived by: his wife Rosella O'Connell; his sons, David (Julie) and Allen (Nancy); his grandchildren, Kyle and Kristen; and his siblings, Sheila, Tom (Elizabeth) and Joe (Mary). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Pat's memory to the Our Lady Star of the Sea church fund.
