We are sad to announce that on June 17, 2023, at the age of 83, Orvan Richard Briffett (Corner Brook, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Goldie; his siblings, Winston and Bernice; and his siblings-in-law, Bill, Jack, Kevin, David Butt and Gerarda Butt.
He is survived by: his son Paul (Andrea); his grandsons, Noah (Claire), William and Benjamin; his siblings, Gus (Ruby), Geraldine Powell (Jack) and Maisie Arnold (Lyndon); his siblings-in-law, Elvie Briffett, Helen Butt, Lorraine Butt, Ron Butt (Janet) and Jim Butt; his niece Diane Bennett; and his great-niece Alicia Park.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in his name may be made to the Restorative Care Unit of Western Long-Term Care.
