She was predeceased by: her parents, Winifred Hutchings and Stewart Hutchings; and her siblings, Alice, Diana, Max Hutchings (Myrtle), Rex Hutchings and Bruce Hutchings.
She is survived by: her husband Freeman; her son Victor Payne (Mona); her grandchildren, Tara Payne and Travis Payne of Corner Brook, NL; her great grandchild Megan Wells; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Hutchings and Hilda Hutchings.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Norma's memory to the St. Mary's the Virgin Anglican Church in Cow Head, NL, would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
