He was predeceased by: his parents, Hebert Plowman and Mary Plowman. He is survived by: his wife Genevieve Plowman; his sons, Garcien Plowman (Wavey) and Troy Plowman (Tina); his grandchildren, Samantha (Jerry Rumbolt), Logan House, Melissa Bursey, Miranda Bursey, Jack Rumbolt and Gideon; and his siblings, Selina Critchley, Madeline Breen, Rita Kennedy, Olive Genneaux (Vincent), Edward (Hilda), Martin (Josephine) and Stanley (Cecillia). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Nelson's memory to the Rufus Guinchard Health Center in Port Saunders, NL.
