He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Hoddinott and Nellie Hoddinott; and his siblings-in-law, Iris Greenham (Lloyd), Rita Christopher, Katie Dolomont (Chess), Johanna Willcott, Lillian Willcott, Jim Willcott, Gord Willcott and Basil Willcott.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Nee Willcott; his children, Tina and Darrell (Shelly); his siblings, Larry Hoddinott (Karen), Debbie Stone (Eric) and Colleen McCue (Keith); and his siblings-in-law, Sarah Willcott, Harry Willcott and Anthony Willcott (Carmeleta Macdonald). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
