Merida Rex Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merida Rex of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on July 27, 2021 at the age of 93. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Merida Rex to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Rex; her son Eric Rex; her daughter-in-law Mary; her siblings, Herbert, Eugene, Clara and Edna; and her sisters-in-law, Violet and Lucy.

She is survived by: her sons, Ron Rex (Brenda) and Jim Rex (Cathy); her grandchildren, Tyler Rex (Sarah), Aaron Rex (Jessica), Leslie Rex and Daniel Rex; her great grandchild Eleanor Rex; her brothers, Art Wiseman (Doris), Vernon Wiseman (Nettie), Fred Wiseman (Leah) and Morley Wiseman (Linda); and her sister-in-law Mary Wiseman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation.
