She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Lee and Theresa Lee; her stepmother Gertrude Lee; her siblings, Elaine Lee, Deborah Lee, Elizabeth Arnold (Joseph), Geraldine Field (David), Kevin (Angie), Dermot (Collette), Ronald, Thomas and Leonard (Betty); her siblings-in-law, Fred Price and Florence Lee; her nephew Jeffrey Simmons; and her great-nephew Zachery Park.

She is survived by: her nephew Justin Lee; her siblings, Kay Rex, Gerard (Loretta), John (Elizabeth), Patrick and Peter (Mary); and also Eden. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Theresa's memory to the Children's Wish Foundation.
