We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 51, Mary Anne Basha (Corner Brook, Newfoundland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Basha; her grandparents, Elias Basha, Mary Wellon and William Wellon; and her uncles, Joe and Nick.
She is survived by: her daughter Nikki Velez (Richard); her grandchildren, Chase, Owen and Tori; her mother Mary Basha; her brothers, Joey and Tommy (Susie); her niece Laura; her nephew Billy; her aunts and uncles, Mary, Kathleen, Michael, David, Anthony, Elias, Martha and Noel; her cousins, Georgia, Justin, Jimmy, Mary, Cory, Corinna, Jodi, Anthony, Stella and Jason; her pet Susie; and also Jorge Velez (Joanne).
Due to Covid-19 Government Restrictions a private Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 9, 2020 at Sacred Heart Church, Curling Street with Father Jim Robertson officiating, followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
