She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Peddle and Elizabeth Peddle; her husband Maxwell Skeard; her siblings, Ben (Shirley), Richard (Sophie), Hubert (Kay), Pierce (Theresa), Colin (Lizzie), Carrie (Bob), Charlotte (Wallace) and Whitfield (Barb); and her nephew Joe Peddle.
She is survived by: her children, Stan (Kathy), Derek (Deneen), David and Wilma (Bernie); her grandchildren, Lea, Andrew, Crystal, Jacob and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Joseph, Gavin, Austin, Lincoln and Malcolm; and her nephew Bruce Peddle (Jean). She is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Martha's memory to a charity of one's choice.
