She was predeceased by: her close friend Leo McCarthy; her sons, Jack, Jim, Peter and Paul; her daughter-in-law Diane; her siblings, Jack, Bud, Pat, Andy, Leo, Nora, Mildred, Agnes and Frances; and her great great grandchild Jaxson.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry (Rod), Susan (Otto), Christine (Grant), Terry and Bern (Roxanne); her daughter-in-law Patricia; her siblings, Betty, Corina and Christopher; her nephew Marcell Lavers; and her nieces, Frances and Marie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Madonna's memory to the Janeway Foundation.
