She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Cook and Mary Cook. She is survived by: her brother John "Bud" (Lorna); her nephews, Wayne Cook (Debbie), Greg Cook, Sean Cook (Anita) and Todd Cook (Janet); her cousin Ryan Cook (Rylee); and her close friends, Janice, Carmel, Patricia, Gerard, Carolyn and Bill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Country Haven Funeral Home (167 Country Rd, Corner Brook, NL A2H4M5). A burial will be held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Patricia Cemetery (42 N Shore Hwy, Corner Brook, NL A2H6G1).
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Pat's memory to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation.
