Lydia Marie Peckford Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lydia Marie Peckford (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), who passed away on August 18, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen Peckford; her son Walter; and her daughter-in-law Linda. She is survived by: her children, Barbara (Mike Quigley), Carl (Georgina), Ron (Pat), Wayne (Mary) of Kelowna, BC, Glen (Abbie), Rudy (Christine) and Greg (Karen). She is also survived by her 18 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in the memory of Lydia can be made to Daffodil Place or the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Canada.
