She was predeceased by: her mother Trudy; her grandparents, Luke and Doris; her cousin Cameron; and her uncle Clement.
She is survived by: her daughter Brooklyn; her brother Derek (Alora); her nephews, Braylon and Colton; her niece Arianna; her aunts and uncles, Ramona (Lewis), Barbara, Katie (Sheldon), Derek (Jackie), Vincent, Luke (Lori) and Cole; and also Mark. She is also survived by cousins, and an entire community of close friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted, or a donation can be made in Luka's memory to a chairty of one's choice.
