He was predeceased by: his parents, Goldie and Leo. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his sister Lisa (Darrell); his niece Toni (Sebastian); his great-niece Stella; his aunt Christine; his parents-in-law, Frank and Imelda Welshman; his brother-in-law Rod (Paula); and his nieces, Emma and Abby. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and a special group of friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers will be graciously accepted, or donations may be made in Louis' memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
