He was predeceased by: his son David; his parents, Ula and David; his niece Rebecca; his great-niece Courtney; and his great-nephew Emerson.
He is survived by: his son Jeffery (Madeline); his granddaughters, Julz and Sommer; and his siblings, Tina, Elaine (Robert), Amanda (Shawn), Lisa (Rick), Kenneth (Paula), Juanita (Andy), Darlene (Jim), Kerry (Joy), Nancy (Walter) and Rose (Ray). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
