With solemn reverence, we commemorate Larry Gerald Soper of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, born in Bonavista, Newfoundland, whose life came to an end on February 11, 2025 at the age of 59, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Soper and Lucretia Soper. He is survived by: his wife Grace; his children, Shandi Card (Ryan) and Justin (Regan); his stepgrandchildren, Mya and Payton; his siblings, Wilmour Soper, June Hurley, Pamela Martin, Alvina Phillips (Ron) and Margaret Keel-Abbott; his brothers-in-law, David Harris (Marife) and Rodney Harris; his brother Hubert Russell (Mary); his brothers-in-law, Patrick Hurley, Wilson Keel, Brendan Martin and Maxwell Abbott; his parents-in-law, Reginald Harris and Joan Cooper; and his brothers-in-law, Reginald Harris Jr. and Allan Harris.

Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Church (58 Premier Dr, Corner Brook, NL A2H6E6). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Grace Pentecostal Cemetery. A burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
