John Doman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Doman of Corner Brook, Newfoundland, who passed away on September 29, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Vivian Rogers (Clayton), Joyce Butt, Roy, Beverley Plowman (Larry), Paul and Donald (Gledean); his grandchildren, Keith (Sabrina), John, Melanie (Rob), Alyson (Sam) and Gavin; his great grandchildren, Cynthia, Brooklynn, Cameron, Jacob, Logan, Finley, Maisie, Emily and Leo; his brother Neville Doman; his siblings-in-law, Irving (Betty), Clayton (Gladys), Eric (Joan), George, Claudine, Rose (Tom) and Raymond; his wife Helen Doman; his parents, Roland Doman and Mary Ann Doman; his parents-in-law, George and Ida Pye; his siblings, Lizzie (Henrey), Enid and Brook (Marie); his son-in-law Dwight Butt; and his siblings-in-law, Gerald and Thelma (Bern). He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, relatives and many friends.

As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Mary's Anglican Church Fund or charity of one's choice.
