She was predeceased by: her grandmother Genevieve Baker; her father Craig Collins; her uncle Ernest Baker (Bub); and her aunt Dollina Leggo. She is survived by: her son Nicholas Oates (Jasmine); her mother Shirley Collins (Nicholas); her aunts and uncles, Princealene Bartlett (Brian), Randy Baker (Barb) and Regina Johnson; her cousins, Cory Bartlett and Adrian Bartlett; her friends, Mary-Louise Noel, Tina Tiller and Tanya Langer; her close friend Lee Bennett; and also, Ken Oates and Sandy Stevens. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the MS Society or to the Diabetic Association.
