She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Wiseman and Mildred Wiseman; her son Dean Vincent; and her siblings, Joan Dugen and David Wiseman.
She is survived by: her husband Bernard Vincent; her children, Lee Vincent (Ben), Brian Vincent (Barb), Christian Vincent (Paula) and Adam Vincent (Nikki); her grandsons, Lucas Vincent, Dominic Vincent, Dexter Vincent and Isaac Vincent; her sisters, Marie Pearce, Barbara Locke, Margaret Rose, Sharon Wiseman and Helen Beck; and her nephew Anthony Wiseman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Jean's memory to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation-Palliative Care Unit.
