He is survived by: his brothers, Duane (Diane) and Glenn; his pets, Lady and Nixon; his aunts and uncles, Ruby (Donald), Dinah (Ben), Robert (Joyce), Russell, Gerine, Marg, Bruce, Dave and Lucille; and his close friends, Brad MacWhirter, Brian Bennett and Johnny Bones. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, instead a donation can be made in Jamie's memory to a charity of one's choice.
