With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Patrick FitzGerald Sr. (Corner Brook, Newfoundland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys; and his parents, Thomas and Mary FitzGerald Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Wanda), Don (Winnie), Ruth Locke (George), Maureen Murphy (Kevin) and Barbara Callahan (Jerry); his grandchildren, Kathy (Scott), Michael, Jason (Dorian), Danika (Derrick), Deicha (Paul), Ryan, Spencer, Kyle and Maggie; his great grandchildren, Peter, Emma, Sammie, Zarek, Rylan, Isaac, River and Damien; his sister Sheila Estob (Ed); his son-in-law David Ford; his daughter Karen Ford; and his siblings, Marjorie Rosales, Valerie Beales (John) and Thomas FitzGerald Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives, and many friends.
