She was predeceased by: her parents, John Newman and Rosie Newman; and her sisters, Gertrude Burton (John), Dorcas Brake and Gladys Yerxa.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christina Bagley and Katie Newman (Darren Sceviour); her siblings, Loretta Keats (Ethelred), Margaret Dalley (Roy) and Tim Newman (Leona); her nephew Shawn Dalley (Dawn); and her pet Bubbles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, there are no flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Jacqueline Newman can be made to the Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation.
