He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Taylor; his daughter Myrna Bookman; his parents, Rhoda and Freeman; his siblings, Alton, Fred, Loren, Wallace, Austin, Olive and June; and his siblings-in-law, Les, Gilbert, Clayton, Llewellyn, Ella and Ena.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Christine Demers (Steve); his great grandchild Matthew; his son-in-law Steve Bookman of Ottawa, Ontario.; his siblings, Doris, Clifton (Cynthia), Jim (Edna) and Lillian; and his sisters-in-law, Doreen, Shirley and Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
