He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Ellsworth and Mariah Ellsworth; his siblings, Alma Brake (Jerry), Ashley (Elizabeth), Aubrey Ellsworth (Mabel), John Mason and Wallace Park; and his parents-in-law, John and Lillian Luther.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his siblings, Fern Mason, Anna Pittman (Churchill), Regina Park, Ralph Ellsworth (Olive) and Alfred Ellsworth (Lorraine); and his siblings-in-law, Judy Young (Chris) and Glenn Luther (Joan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation, the MS Society of Canada, or a charity of your own choice.
