He was predeceased by: his parents, Hollie White and Betty White; and his sister Dianne. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda White; his son Jason; and his siblings, Dean (Lisa), Darren (Nancy) and Darla (Eric Baily). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
